Picasso's Artistic Floors, a locally owned and family operated business since 2001. Rafael Picasso is a self-contractor, with prior years of work experience in home remodeling, he took a leap of faith and created a vision to grow a flooring company. To make customers a priority and provide a great experience for in-home floor installation. Overtime, he has been able to expand and provide services to all of Waco, Temple, Killeen and its surrounding communities.  With countless of satisfied customers, Rafael has remained faithful to his true vision and mission, to provide a great customer experience. He is known for his quality work and honesty when working along side customers, keeping the customers best interest in mind. Not only taking care of his customers during the installation process but building relationships with them and taking care of them for the years that follow. His son and daughter have recently joined the family business to continue the growth of the company.
